Leland Legends is an independent urban fashion apparel brand delivering modern streetwear, custom hoodies, activewear, and casual lifestyle gear. The project focused on building an engaging, stylish, and conversion-driven e-commerce storefront designed to showcase brand identity, optimize product navigation, and drive online sales.

The strategy centered on establishing brand authenticity and high-converting visual merchandising. Design choices—from high-contrast clean typography to lifestyle hero imagery—were tailored to resonate with modern streetwear enthusiasts. The structure prioritizes effortless collection browsing, user account accessibility, and a frictionless checkout pipeline, enabling visitors to seamlessly transition from lifestyle exploration to completing purchases.
Design
The website utilizes a clean, high-contrast e-commerce visual layout, pairing a crisp white navigation bar with lifestyle hero photography. The typography features bold black branding (Leland Legends Est. 1992) complemented by red active highlights for navigation menu items (HOME). Layout architecture emphasizes ample white space, scannable category links, and responsive layout adaptation across mobile and desktop devices.

The Leland Legends storefront was engineered on a robust WooCommerce / WordPress e-commerce framework optimized for catalog scalability, transaction security, and fast page speeds. Every technical component was tuned for search engine optimization, smooth cart interactions, and optimal Core Web Vitals performance.
Interactive product galleries, secure payment gateway integrations, and shopping cart flows were built to maximize conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment. Lightweight code structures and optimized image assets ensured quick loading times without compromising high-resolution product visuals.
Additionally, the custom backend dashboard allows the brand management team to update product inventory, manage customer orders, and launch new apparel drops effortlessly. The final deliverable serves as a dynamic e-commerce hub driving online sales, customer loyalty, and brand growth.

Our research evaluated leading streetwear e-commerce stores and lifestyle apparel brands to identify optimal shopping UX patterns. Key insights showed that fashion consumers value immediate category filters, visual product storytelling, and direct account/cart visibility — directly shaping our clean header layout and menu architecture.
The workflow began with wireframing e-commerce user journeys to optimize paths from home page hero discovery to product checkout. Next, high-fidelity UI mockups were designed incorporating clean typography, red brand accents, and lifestyle photography. Following testing, full WooCommerce cart and checkout integrations were successfully deployed.
